Our client, based in Surrey, BC is seeking a Scanning Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience.Job Title: Scanning ClerkLocation: Surrey, BCPay Range: $19/hourWhats the Job?
- Digitize the firms corporate binders in paper form to electronic images with associated index data.
- File binder documents and capture title/entity name of the corporate binder, number and volume reference where applicable.
- Index documents.
- Apply OCR to all documents.
- Perform data entry to databases.
- Previous experience as Scanning Clerk or administrative assistant;
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, with the ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Fixed Schedule - Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM
