Job Description

Our client, based in Surrey, BC is seeking a Scanning Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience.
Job Title: Scanning Clerk
Location: Surrey, BC
Pay Range: $19/hour
Whats the Job?

Digitize the firms corporate binders in paper form to electronic images with associated index data.
File binder documents and capture title/entity name of the corporate binder, number and volume reference where applicable.
Index documents.
Apply OCR to all documents.
Perform data entry to databases.

Whats Needed?

Previous experience as Scanning Clerk or administrative assistant;
Strong written and oral communication skills;
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, with the ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
