Responsibilities:
Scheduling and coordinating the work of scaffolding teams
Supervising the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures
Inspecting scaffolding equipment and materials for defects or damage
Preparing progress reports for project managers and clients
Communicating with other trades and contractors on the job site
Assist tradespersons in construction activities.
Ensuring that scaffolding is set up according to safety standards and regulations
Monitoring the work area for hazards and taking appropriate precautions
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Journeyperson Scaffolder certificate;
Minimum 5-10 years of scaffolding experience;
Strong knowledge of scaffold design, construction practices, and applicable safety standards;
Proven leadership and crew-management skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
First Aid Certification.
Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft applications. Ability to learn new software is essential.
Leadership in Safety Excellence certificate.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as needed.
This position will be primarily located at a remote job site. Hours on Site: 11 hr per day; 77 hr per week; 2 week in-2 weeks out rotation.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and complete the required training prior to going to site.
