:OverviewThe Supply Chain Associate Manager will be accountable for leading PBNA PGT Canada Make and EAM Site Readiness. The chosen candidate is expected to have a strong background in Manufacturing and Maintenance Operations across manufacturing plants. This role will partner extensively across the organization with the larger PBNA ERP project team, baseline business leaders, IT organization, Global Template Team and with the various external partners on the project (IBM and SAP).The foundation of this role will require Site Readiness Activities, System Testing, assisting of developing Training Material, and Deployment responsibilities in all PBNA Canada manufacturing locations.The position requires the utilization of PBNA business process knowledge and PBNA Manufacturing System knowledge to link the warehouse and inventory execution processes.
Responsibilities

  • Provide expert knowledge and experience to project activities within Manufacturing and EAM (Enterprise Asset Management).
  • Be a results-oriented xe2x80x9cchange agentxe2x80x9d who can understand different scenarios and help facilitate big-picture and tactical execution throughout the project.
  • Produce project deliverables and ensure overall quality xe2x80x93 includes Design/Build, Configure/Test, & Deployment.
  • Lead Site Readiness activities such as questionnaire, Site Readiness Reviews, and Site Readiness Scorecards.
  • Lead adoption and change management, implementing process improvement to drive application sustainability.
  • Lead site mapping exercises at PBNA Canada Manufacturing Plants.
  • Assist in end user training.
  • Participate in super user activity including UAT (user acceptance testing).
  • Identify S4/EWM gaps vs PBNA requirements, propose solutions, and develop action plans.
  • Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to PBNA ERP Project Leadership.
  • Assist with Deployment & post go-live support.
  • Reach out to external consultants (Subject Matter Experts) and baseline team members for advice, guidance, and assistance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years in bottling operations in Warehouse and/or Inventory capacity.
  • Solid understanding of Manufacturing and Maintenance Inventory Management.
  • Willing to challenge group thinking and ask difficult questions; able to challenge requirements and business processes to ensure best practice.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work through others; open to new ways of working, adopting industry standards and best practices.
  • Effective team player.
  • Positive, resilient, and motivated to change and simplify processes.
  • Ability to perform and prioritize under pressure.

  • Significant travel required with commitment to successful deployments often requiring long work weeks including weekends.
