Leading a team of employees to ensure that they meet performance goals and objectives. -
Monitor the quality of work performed by the team and take corrective action as needed. -
Develop learning plans for new and existing employees to improve their skills and knowledge. -
Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members. -
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all organizational goals and objectives are met. -
Create and implement policies and procedures to improve team performance and efficiency. -
Address and resolve employee complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner. -
Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals and objectives. -
Maintain accurate records and reports related to team performance.

High School Diploma required, Associate degree or equivalent background preferred. -
Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations. -
3+ years experience in supervising others in a fast-paced work environment preferred. -
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team. -
Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. -
Knowledge of general regulatory & safety processes and procedures.
