Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SAT Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAT teaching and tutoring, with the ability to engage students of various ages and learning abilities. Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs. Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with SAT curriculum standards. Utilize learning technology to enhance the tutoring experience and facilitate student understanding. Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a positive learning atmosphere. Adapt teaching methods for students with special education needs or varying learning styles. Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly. Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide feedback on their development.

Requirements

Proven experience in SAT tutoring or teaching, with a strong understanding of curriculum development and lesson planning. Proficiency in Math and writing skills is essential; additional subject expertise is a plus. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively. Excellent presentation skills to convey information clearly and motivate students. Experience working with students of different backgrounds and abilities, including those requiring special education support. Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 4 per week
