You Are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients\xe2\x80\x99 most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You\xe2\x80\x99re comfortable diving into the details of workstreams and identifying the target technical and landscape architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire team members to bring their A-game.

The work:

  • Build SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) solutions that transform clients\xe2\x80\x99 Learning & Development functions.
  • Lead workshops to walk client through processes and gather requirements.
  • Design, configure, and test HR solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly.
  • Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand out HR offerings powered by SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors.
  • Make the business case for the SAP technology solution recommended to the client
  • Pitch in on sales efforts when needed.
  • Continue to learn and develop your technical SAP and business expertise.
Here\xe2\x80\x99s what you need:
  • Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SuccessFactors Learning Management System module.
  • Minimum of 1 end-to-end SuccessFactors Learning Management System implementation.
  • Certified in SuccessFactors Learning Management.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience.
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company\'s activities to avoid this requirement.

  • Certification and/or experience in additional SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment Management & Onboarding, Employee Central, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Succession & Career Development Planning, WorkForce Software)
