Job Description
Our Ottawa-based client is seeking an experienced SAP Real Estate (RE) and Contract Lease Management (CLM) Consultant to join their project a one-year contract, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in SAP RE and S/4HANA migrations, including at least one end-to-end project implementation. This is a hybrid role, with the specific number of on-site days to be confirmed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize the SAP Real Estate (RE) and Contract Lease Management (CLM) modules in a S/4HANA system.
- Manage master data for rental objects, contracts, and business partners.
- Design and implement processes for rent calculation, invoicing, and payment settlements.
- Ensure compliance with lease accounting standards, particularly IFRS 16, within the SAP system.
- Lead workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Develop and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide training and end-user support to ensure a smooth transition and adoption.
- Create and maintain detailed functional and technical documentation.
