Title: SAP Manufacturing Consultant Lead
Location: Saint Hyacinthe, Quebec
Salary Range: Competitive and commensurate with experience. Duration: 10 Months
Introduction
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a leading role within the SAP environment. This position will play a crucial role in supporting our operations in the food industry, focusing on dairy products. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, leading a team and engaging with multiple stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in French is mandatory.
• Proven SAP Roll-out experience.
• Functional expertise in at least one of the following SAP modules: PP, QM, PM.
• Ability to understand functional specifications and test cases.
• Experience in leading a team including onshore and offshore resources.
• Strong communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Intermediate proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP Quality Management, and SAP PP-SFC Production Orders.
• Experience in facilitating workshops to gather requirements.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategies to optimize business processes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support key users during testing and go-live preparation.
• Advise and lead high-impact activities within the systems development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions and provide solutions.
• Mentor team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Analyze project outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
