Job Description
Role Description:
Minimum 8 yrs of Functional tester experience in web application, mobile and backend change testing
2. 2 yrs experience in Adobe AEM applications, Web SDK upgrade etc.testing
3. Experience is Salesforce permission, features, queues
4. Worked on Salesforce Sales Cloud amp Service Cloud, Classic amp Lightening Salesforce, AWS Connect, Call Center testing
5. Ability to write complex queries to perform data validations or set-up testdata, SQL queries amp Oracle DB.
6. Strong experience with minimum 6-8 yrs in SDLC, QA Processes, create andexecute QA test strategy and test plan, Testing artifacts, QA best practices
7. Perform risk assessment analysis and provides recommendations forimprovement
8. Had extensive experience interacting with Project Stakeholders, Business,Vendors and raising timely risksreporting
9. Experience in working on agile methodology
10. Leverage QA software tools for defect management, regression, functionaltesting based on industry best practices like Jira and confluence
11. Very good Communication skills, proactive and quick learner and worked asindividual contributor
