Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Microsoft Excel Expert

with strong knowledge of

SAP ECC HCM data

. The role focuses on working with large datasets, transforming HR data into meaningful insights, and building advanced Excel-based reports and dashboards for HR and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from SAP ECC HCM modules. Work with Infotypes, Employee Central (EC) tables, and InfoSets to create customized HR reports. Develop and automate Excel dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools. Leverage advanced Excel features (VLOOKUP, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA/Macros, PivotTables, Array formulas, etc.). Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify reporting needs and deliver actionable insights. Perform data validation, auditing, and ensure accuracy of reporting. Document processes and maintain SOPs for Excel-based reporting.

Must-Have Skills

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulas, dashboards). Experience with SAP ECC HCM data, including: Infotypes (e.g., 0000, 0001, 0002, 0006) HCM EC tables (e.g., PA0001, PA0002, PA0016) Custom InfoSets and SAP Queries Strong ability to manipulate SAP HR data into meaningful reports. Proven experience in building HR dashboards/scorecards in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. Familiarity with SAP HR reporting tools (Ad Hoc Query, SAP Query). Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or SuccessFactors Employee Central. Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
