We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Excel Expert with strong experience working on large datasets from
SAP ECC (HCM domain)
. The ideal candidate will be proficient in advanced Excel functions and reporting, with hands-on exposure to SAP HR data (infotypes, InfoSets, and tables). This role involves transforming complex HR data into clear, actionable insights for business and HR teams.
Key Responsibilities
Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from SAP ECC HCM modules.
Work with HCM Infotypes, Employee Central (EC) tables, and custom InfoSets to create HR reports.
Build and automate Excel dashboards, reports, and HR scorecards.
Apply advanced Excel features (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, Macros, PivotTables, Array formulas, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
Partner with HR and IT teams to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored Excel-based solutions.
Perform data validation and auditing to ensure accuracy.
Present SAP HR data in easy-to-understand formats for leadership and stakeholders.
Document processes and create SOPs for Excel-based reporting.
Must-Have Skills
Expert-level proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulas, PivotTables, dashboards).
Strong experience with
SAP ECC HCM data
, including:
Infotypes (e.g., 0000, 0001, 0002, 0006)
HCM EC tables (e.g., PA0001, PA0002, PA0016)
Custom InfoSets and SAP Query development
Ability to extract, transform, and manipulate SAP HR data for reporting.
Experience building
Excel dashboards/HR scorecards

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
Knowledge of SAP HR Reporting Tools (Ad Hoc Query, SAP Query).
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
