A transformation expert adept with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Youxe2x80x99re in your element using your know-how to solve clientsxe2x80x99 most complex business problems to help their companies do more. Youxe2x80x99re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP systems. And youxe2x80x99re up for traveling regularly to client sites.The work:

• Lead the continuous improvement and maintenance of SAP S/4 FICO activities to improve performance for the business function end to end
• Ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design, re-design and/or organization structure definition
• Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs
• Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project)
• Give clients options for designs using prototypes
• Set up and test the SAP system; understand and apply SAP methodologies
• Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go
• Respond promptly to incidents and outages, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Identify and address the root causes of recurring problems to prevent future incidents
• This role is based out of our Montreal Delivery Centre and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week.

Herexe2x80x99s what you need:

• Minimum 3 years of SAP FICO application management experience
• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
• English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

• Skilled in other Finance Modules: Treasury, Fixed Assets, FSCM
• You know everything there is to know about SAP FICO processes
• You have previous implementation experience
• You can grasp a solution, talk about its business objective, and configure the solution and tools
• Youxe2x80x99re an ace at managing and delivering projects
• Youxe2x80x99re great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment
