Job Description

Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP Finance (FI) Delivery Lead to join their project immediately, and will run for 6 to 12 months, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of experience in SAP project delivery, with a focus on the financial services industry. The ideal candidate should have at least six years of hands-on experience with SAP Finance modules and participation in full-lifecycle implementations as well as a strong understanding of financial processes, regulations, and compliance requirements. This is a hybrid role, with the exact number of on-site days to be confirmed.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect SAP S/4HANA solutions for financial services, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Manage end-to-end integration of SAP S/4HANA with third-party systems and external platforms.
• Lead and manage SAP projects within the financial services domain, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and solutions tailored to the financial services industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP solutions.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
• SAP certification is a strong asset.
