Technical / Functional Skills
Strong hands-on experience in
SAP ECC FICO
modules --Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting
. Good understanding ofFinance & Controlling (FICO)
integration withMM and SD
modules. Familiar withSource-to-Pay (S2P)
andRecord-to-Report (R2R)
business processes. Ability to performsystem configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
in AP, AR, and Banking modules. Experience working withend users and business stakeholders
to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.Implementation & Support
Experience in
end-to-end SAP ECC FICO implementations and support projects
. Providefunctional and production support
, including issue analysis, debugging, and coordination with technical teams. Participate insystem upgrades, patch testing, and enhancement projects
. Supportfinancial closing processes
and ensure data consistency and accuracy across modules.Testing & Documentation
Skilled in
Functional Testing, SIT, Regression Testing, and UAT
. Preparefunctional specifications, test scripts, and detailed documentation
for configuration and process flows.Soft Skills / Other Requirements
Strong
analytical, problem-solving
, andcommunication
skills. Ability to collaborate withfinance users, developers, and project managers
. Exposure toAgile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
for project delivery.SAP Finance Certification
is an advantage but not mandatory. Prior experience inBanking, Financial Services, or Manufacturing
domains is highly desirable.Role Details
