Job Summary -

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver

Level 2/3 support for SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing).

Troubleshoot and resolve c

omplex incidents, service requests

, and integration issues between

SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/S4.

Perform technical analysis:
Read and interpret

SAP tables and Ariba data structur

es.

Validate data mapping and ensure successf

ul execution of

data migration j

obs.
Implement minor enhancements:
Gather and analyze business requirements for small-scale changes.
Configure

workflows, approval rules, templates, and custom fields in Ariba.

Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT)

and coordinate deployment.
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations.
Work with

SAP/Ariba support teams for escalations, patch

es, and upgrades.
Maintain detailed documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues and enhancements.
Ensure compliance with

Bank's security, governance, and audit standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7-8 years of experience in

SAP Ariba support and technical analysis.

Strong

knowledge of

Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing) and SAP ECC/S4 integration.

Ability to read tables, analyze data, and troubleshoot mapping issues.
Hands-on experience with

data migration, data mapping jobs, and integration troubleshooting.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Nice-to-Have:

Proficiency in SQL or similar query tools for data validation.

SAP Ariba certification.

Experience in financial services or banking domain.

Familiarity with

procurement compliance

requirements.

Pay: $65.00-$70.00 per hour
