Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Sanitation Workers to join our team in a production warehouse setting. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various environments, ensuring a safe and hygienic space for employees and customers. Your efforts will contribute significantly to the overall health and safety of our facilities.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure that all areas are kept clean and organized, adhering to established sanitation protocols. Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively. Dispose of waste materials in accordance with regulations and company policies. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or additional cleaning. Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning assignments efficiently. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is mandatory. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good physical stamina; ability to lift, carry, and move items as needed. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus. Flexibility in working hours may be required based on operational needs.
