We're looking for sharp, dependable Sanitation Technicians to join the team and learn the inner workings of a top-tier cannabis operation. Sanitation might be your first role, but it's a launchpad to everything else.

The Flowr Group (Okanagan) Inc. has multiple entry-level positions available in the Sanitation Department.

Sanitation Technician

Responsible for performing all tasks related to facility cleanliness, including but not limited to:
1. Cleaning grow rooms (ceilings, walls, grow tables, floors, lights)
2. Sweeping & mopping production hallways
3. Washing grow equipment & supplies
4. Disposing of waste
5. General office area cleaning (offices, lunchroom, gowning area, bathrooms)
6. Re-stocking of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Good Production Practices (GPP)
Documenting cleaning activities as per SOP's and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Other duties & responsibilities, as assigned.

Required Job Skills

Ability to work with Isopropyl Alcohol and other chemicals/cleaners
Desire to learn with a positive attitude
Ability to follow direction and stay on task
Effective communication - verbal and in writing
Ability to work in a team environment and independently
Have strong attention to detail
Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, walk up and down stairs several times a day, and perform repetitive tasks
Reliable and punctual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.50 per hour
