We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Courier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of packages and documents, ensuring that all items are handled with care and delivered to the correct locations. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service, as you will be interacting with clients and representing our company.

Responsibilities

Safely transport packages and documents to designated locations in a timely manner. Load and unload items from vehicles, ensuring they are secured properly. Operate your own vehicle in compliance with traffic regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking numbers and delivery confirmations. Communicate effectively with clients regarding delivery status and any potential delays. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries or concerns professionally.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a courier is preferred. Ability to perform daily deliveries from business to other businesses or residential homes. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Must be able to work independently while also being a team player. Have a cell phone to utilize for all deliveries on our proprietary APP.
