Summary

Join Kerr & Kerr Landscaping as a Salt Truck Driver in the Kitchener area. In this vital role, you will help ensure efficient snow removal and road safety during winter months, supporting our mission to provide top-tier landscaping and property maintenance services.

Responsibilities

Operate salt trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of routes and materials used. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on trucks. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely snow removal. Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times. Assist with other landscaping or property maintenance tasks as needed. Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding service updates.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license Proven experience operating salt trucks or similar heavy-duty vehicles. Strong knowledge of truck safety procedures. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent route planning and driving skills. Good communication skills. Prior experience in landscaping or property maintenance is a plus. Commitment to safety and reliability.
