We are a family owned and operated business based in Durham Region. We are growing again and need professional, outgoing, team oriented people to join our team!

Applicants must be motivated, have their own transportation (yard not located near public transit), valid driver's license, be reliable and enjoy working outdoors under various weather conditions including snow, rain, freezing rain, etc.

Must have clean Full G or D license.

Minimum 3 years' experience in the field. Employees will use and truck/salter to apply de-icing materials.

Applicant must have the ability to work with individually as well as with a crew when needed, with little to no supervision. Must have a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Must be able to work long hours when needed, pay attention to details, work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle repetitive duties.

Applicants must be available on-call to work 24/7 meaning you may be called out at any time day or night as this position is weather dependent. You will be required to report to work within 1 hours' notice although we try to give you as much notice as possible.

Wages

starting

at $27.00/Hour with a $ 3.00/Hour incentive = $30.00/Hour if you work a full winter season.

Winter bonus paid out at end of April $3.00 per hour for every hour worked on snow shifts without missed shifts, damage to property or machines,
