Under the direction of the General Manager, Salt & Ash is seeking a Bartender. If you are passionate about great drinks, genuine hospitality, and creating memorable experiences - this position might be for you! We are looking for a Bartender who brings energy, creativity, and personality to every interaction - someone who loves the craft of mixology as much as the art of conversation.

What You'll Be Doing:

Craft exceptional beverages that elevate our guests' experience -- from timeless classics to your own inspired creations. Create a welcoming, positive atmosphere through genuine guest interaction and attention to detail. Offer thoughtful food and drink recommendations, keeping in mind guest preferences, allergies, and dietary needs. Receive and prepare drink orders promptly and accurately. Share your beverage knowledge -- from cocktail ingredients to seasonal specials -- with guests and teammates. Keep the bar stocked, organized, and ready for service (including mise en place, keg checks, and liquor levels). Take part in inventory and assist with ordering when needed. Collaborate with your team and jump in where needed to ensure smooth operations.

The person we're looking for has:

Valid Smart Serve Certification. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and bartending fundamentals. Enthusiasm for hospitality, food, and beverage culture. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and guest engagement skills. Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
