We are seeking a

Salon Manager

to join our leadership team -- a poised, creative, and organized individual who embodies hospitality at the highest level. This is not a front desk job; it's a

The Role

The Salon Manager acts as the heartbeat of the guest and team experience -- ensuring smooth daily operations, an impeccable visual standard, and brand-consistent marketing presence.

You'll work closely with ownership to lead with both strategy and soul -- blending business acumen with creative flair.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and elevate the day-to-day client experience with a concierge-style approach Manage scheduling, communication, and front-of-house operations Oversee and execute visual merchandising across salon and retail displays Collaborate on social media content and marketing initiatives that reflect our brand story Ensure every guest feels seen, supported, and seamlessly guided through their experience Maintain salon appearance to luxury-boutique standards Support team culture, communication, and ongoing education Track KPIs and support business initiatives designed for growth

You Are

Naturally warm, professional, and polished -- a true ambassador of brand and culture Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven Social-media savvy with an eye for aesthetic and brand storytelling Confident in multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced creative environment Passionate about beauty, design, and hospitality Experienced in leadership, retail, or luxury service (salon/spa/hotel experience is an asset)
