Job Summary



Linea Atelier is opening its doors in February 2026, bringing a new standard of calm, intentional beauty to Langley. We are seeking Salon Front Desk Coordinators, internally known as our Guest Concierge, to become the steady presence at the heart of our space. Welcoming guests, supporting stylists, and shaping the rhythm of each day. This role blends hospitality, scheduling, and operational flow to create an elevated, seamless experience from the moment a guest arrives.

Duties & Responsibilities



Guest Experience:

Welcome guests with warmth, presence, and the signature Linea ritual. Guide check?ins, check?outs, and beverage service with ease and attentiveness. Maintain an immaculate, inviting front?of?house environment.

Booking & Schedule Flow:

Manage all appointments, confirmations, and schedule optimization for the stylist team. Prevent gaps and overlaps while maintaining a balanced, intentional pace. Complete daily schedule audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Retail & Checkout

: Process payments with accuracy and professionalism. Support retail curation by monitoring stock levels and maintaining display standards.

Operational Support

: Oversee opening and closing procedures for the front desk. Support salon flow through timing awareness, communication, and small operational tasks. Maintain a calm, organized environment that supports the guest journey,

Communication & Coordination

: Act as the communication hub between stylists, assistants, and guests. Relay timing updates and important notes with clarity and steadiness. Uphold salon standards, policies, and brand expectations.

Social Media & Brand Support

: Support light, in?salon content creation by encouraging stylist participation and capturing occasional behind?the?scenes moments for Instagram Stories. Ensure the space and team are camera?ready and maintain Linea's brand standards in any content filmed. This role does not manage social media strategy, growth, ads, or analytics; support is purely organic and hospitality?driven.

Skills & Experience



Experience in hospitality, reception, sales, or salon/spa environments is an asset. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Confident with booking systems, payment processing, and digital communication. Comfortable using basic computer programs, including MS Office and Outlook. Warm, professional communication style with a natural sense of hospitality. Ability to stay composed and grounded in a fast?paced environment.

Availability & Schedule



Hiring for a February 2026 start date. Part?time hours typically ranging from 20-30 hours per week. Hours may fluctuate as the salon opens and the role becomes established. Must be available to work evenings and weekends, when guest flow is highest. Consistent reliability is essential to maintaining the Linea experience.
