We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Hair Salon Receptionist to join our dynamic team and help us continue to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and professionally as they enter the salon. Manage appointment bookings and scheduling through our salon management software. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, availability, and pricing. Capture high-quality photos of client hairstyles and salon events for social media and marketing purposes. Process transactions, handle cash, and manage payments including in-person and online orders. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist with client check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Provide information about salon services and products, and upsell as appropriate. Collaborate with stylists and other team members to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a salon or spa environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with salon management software and basic office equipment. A friendly, positive attitude with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
