About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated Salesperson to join our team. You'll drive sales of new and used agricultural equipment, working closely with farmers and agricultural businesses to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for agriculture, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell new and used farm equipment, including feeding, manure handling, and housing systems Build and maintain strong relationships with livestock, feather, and crop producers Conduct product demos and prepare timely quotes and sales agreements Follow up on leads and maintain accurate CRM records Collaborate with parts, service, and admin teams to ensure excellent customer service Support customers through financing and leasing options Participate in trade shows, marketing events, and ongoing training Assist with lot organization and equipment displays as needed

What We're Looking For:

Required:

2+ years experience in sales, customer service, or agricultural equipment support Solid understanding of agricultural operations and equipment applications Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software Valid Ontario Class G driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to travel within the region

Preferred:

Previous experience selling agricultural equipment or systems Familiarity with financing options and dealer programs Background in farming or strong ties to the agricultural community
