Job Summary:
Commission-based salary.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through visiting homes and provide quotes.
Duties:
- Visit clients based on need Identify proper course of plan to remedy the situation
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Work on retention of returning clients.
- Work with membership department to offer various membership plans to clients both for plumbing and HVAC.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in Spanish (nice-to-have)
- Experience with CRM software
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to drive business development initiatives
- Proven track record in sales and account management
- Familiarity with technology sales
- Experience in outside sales
- Excellent negotiation skills
