Role Overview
As a Salesforce Developer, you play a critical role in driving efficiency and productivity for our customer-facing teams. The successful candidate will focus on process governance and documentation, change management for a variety of strategic initiatives, servicing ad hoc requests from stakeholders of the business unit they're aligned with, CRM workflow optimization, and other general revenue operation processes as needed.
Strong technical aptitude with development experience, including CPQ and Stripe integrations
Proficiency in integrations, configurations, and automation
Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
Expertise in Salesforce, with a deep understanding of its capabilities
The ability to maintain a strategic perspective while managing detailed tasks
Strong data management skills, including data entry and administrative support
Role Responsibilities
Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to align CRM configurations with broader business strategies.
Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor Salesforce usage, data integrity, and user adoption.
Help to create and organize documentation of standard operating procedures for Salesforce users in diverse departments.
Provide training sessions to Salesforce users, ensuring their proficiency in adhering to established procedures and upholding high standards.
Offer ongoing support and guidance to Salesforce users, promoting adherence to processes and standards.
Assist in continually reviewing user feedback and iterating on processes, procedures, and documentation relating to Salesforce.
Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): user account maintenance, custom fields, Process Builder, page layouts, lightning pages, record types, reports, and dashboards.
Use APEX (SF programming language) programming to enhance Salesforce.com usability and functionality.
Design and develop integrations with CPQ, Stripe, and other systems, ensuring data flow and consistency.
Preparing and handling data imports through familiar use of Data Loader and proficiency with Excel.
Manage and organize a variety of tasks from different stakeholders with varying deadlines.
Professional email inbox management.
Learning and implementing new Salesforce products, including advanced features such as Einstein Analytics, Flow Builder, and Salesforce Mobile.
Implement and maintain data cleanliness, security, and compliance standards in alignment with SaaS best practices.
Evaluate new Salesforce releases and applications, provide recommendations, and apply where necessary.
Own the implementation and integration of all sales and marketing automation tools, including CPQ and Stripe integrations, as well as other platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, and Zendesk.

Role Requirements
Salesforce Certification
Experience with CPQ implementation and Stripe integrations
Experience in architecting, documenting, and building complex Salesforce solution designs
Deep knowledge of CRM software administration, including Salesforce and other major platforms
2+ years in a similar role at a high-growth company, ideally B2B SaaS
Experience with finding friction points in the customer journey and understanding how to remove them
Experience with a large tech stack and the technical ability to optimize systems integrations
Familiarity with advanced Salesforce functionalities such as Einstein Analytics, Flow Builder, and Salesforce Mobile
Experience in data security and compliance within Salesforce
