ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

You will lead the ongoing development of SFDC deployment and work closely with cross-functional leaders to identify, develop and deploy new business processes.

This includes systems and processes, removing roadblocks, and promoting efficiency with the use of SFDC. Additionally, you are responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform. Your time is centered on Innovation, deployment, integration, and reporting (50%), Salesforce system maintenance (30%), Salesforce administrative work (20%).

Working environment for this role is flexible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deployment, Integration and Reporting

  • Fielding work requests and managing the queue of SFDC tasks including scoping and prioritizing requests, defining objectives based on business needs, identifying how those requests impact other systems, business processes, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Use business knowledge & Salesforce expertise to identify gaps & recommend process improvements & solutions. Configure creative and scalable solutions.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and 3rd party tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, DocuSign).
  • Build and maintain inhouse application integrations to billing system, quoting, and price book.
  • Develop custom reporting for marketing, Sales Operations and Senior Leadership Team.
Salesforce System Maintenance
  • Documenting system configuration and administrative processes.
  • Assessing risk, informing, and suggesting application improvements.
  • Providing guidance for adoption of new policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Keeping abreast of Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Salesforce System Maintenance
  • System administration for SFDC managing day-to-day operations, including user account maintenance, backups, workflows, and other system integrations and data feeds.
Special Assignments
  • Working with Developer Team to turn up a new SFDC instance and decommissioning an acquired instance.
  • Complete Special Projects as requested.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2 years experience as a Salesforce.com administrator.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Business analysis experience, including scoping and documenting requirements an asset.
  • Strong business acumen, project management, problem-solving and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to communicate ideas both technically and in user-friendly language.
  • Previous experience in a Telecommunications environment would be considered an asset.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
  • University degree or equivalent experience.
