Who you are

You're a versatile, self-starter who thrives on variety and takes ownership of your work. As the go-to Salesforce expert for the company, you combine technical know-how with a problem-solving mindset, ensuring systems run smoothly and users feel supported. You're detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident in translating business needs into smart, scalable solutions while keeping data integrity and compliance top of mind.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain Flows, Lightning Web Components, validation rules, approval processes, and workflow rules Manage data quality - deduplication, imports, mass updates, Data Loader Support integrations with third-party vendors and our loan origination system Train and support 50+ end users (from loan officers to processors to management) Document processes and serve as the company's go-to Salesforce expert Day-to-day administration of Salesforce (users, profiles, permission sets, roles, security, page layouts, record types, etc.) Assist the Product Owner and Senior Salesforce Developer with daily tasks and ongoing Salesforce projects Document processes/workflows, collaborate on other automation initiatives as needed Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance Create custom reports, dashboards, list views, and analytics for lending operations, compliance, and leadership Create and maintain auto-generated PDF and electronic signature templates
Skills Requested

Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers, Visualforce, and SOQL Proven experience integrating Salesforce with other platforms via API connections Minimum of two years' experience with Salesforce Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements is a must Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Skills That Would Be Considered Assets:

Experience in regulated sectors such as financial services or mortgage lending Salesforce certifications Proficiency in Microsoft 365, experience with the Power Platform Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and building agents

Reporting To: Systems Manager

Full-Time/Part- Time: Full-time

Hours of Work: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day remote). Flexible scheduling on hours may be considered in consultation with your supervisor.

Salary: $90,000-$120,000
