Financial Sales / Business Development We are a fully remote accounting firm that is growing exponentially. We are client-focused and strive to provide our clients with the best accounting experience possible. We are paperless, tech-savvy and we think outside the box. We operate with a start-up mentality where we continuously adapt to our client's needs and act quickly.This role will be in a remote capacity working from home Monday - Friday between the hours of 9-5.We are looking for a team member with the right mix of skills that can mesh with our firm's unique culture.We are looking for a true sales expert, if you have little to no prior experience as a remote sales representative please do not apply.Duties:Qualifying inbound leads using calls and emails as the first point of contactBuilding credibility and value in our solutions through conversations, strategic research and preparationPerforming live scheduled Demo and needs analysis presentations over Zoom videoPreparing and submitting proposalsPreparing detailed intake sheetsFollowing up and closing salesUpdating CRM for all sales actions and lead status changesBuilding new business opportunities, cold calling, manage work from end-to-endDevelop sales scripts, value propositions and sales processesMaintain existing client base, dealing with client requestsAd hoc requests related to sales and business developmentRequirements:4+ years of work experience in sales or business developmentExcellent communication skills for phone, video and writing.Proactive problem-solving skills, relationship building, and effective selling skillsTech-savvy, you are comfortable with computers and learn new applications quicklyLocated in CanadaWhy join us?Fully remote position, work from the comfort of your home in a casual work environmentFast growing startupBase Salary + Plus commission + Bonuses for exceeding targetsYou're in full control of your own success!
