We are now hiring a
highly motivated, conversion-focused Education Sales & Video Content Specialist
to join our expanding team and drive admissions for our partnered colleges.
Position Overview
The
Sales & Video Content Specialist
is responsible for creating engaging social media content to attract leads, and converting leads into confirmed enrolments. You will act as the primary point of contact for students, guiding them through program selection, eligibility checks, admission requirements, and financial planning -- while maintaining a strong focus on creating leads and closing sales efficiently.
This is a
target-based role
that offers both
a guaranteed hourly base pay
and
high commissions
per conversion. The more sales you make, the more you earn.
Compensation
Base Pay:
$20-$22/hour (based on experience)
Commissions:
Attractive per-enrollment bonuses and tiered performance incentives that can go up to $40 per hour.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Content creation
Produce short-form video
(Reels/TikTok/Shorts), 1-2 min explainer videos, and stories that drive inquiries and clicks to our application funnel.
Write scripts, film and route the videos to editing and social media publishing team.
Plan a weekly content calendar and collaborate with
social media team
.
Design/produce thumbnail ideas and CTAs for every video.
Lead Management & Conversion
Handle
incoming leads
from online campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
Conduct
consultations
via phone, Zoom, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
Identify students' goals (education, PR, or skill-based learning) and match them with the right program and college.
Explain
course details, eligibility requirements, tuition fees, intakes, and refund policies
.
Follow up systematically with leads using CRM tools to maximize conversion rates.
Close sales by securing deposits and ensuring enrollment completion.
Student Counselling & Program Advisory
Provide honest, accurate, and detailed advice on:
Program selection
based on student profile and future immigration plans.
Admission requirements
(IELTS, GPA, background eligibility, etc.).
Study-to-PR pathways
through specific programs like ECEA, PSW, HSW, etc.
Conduct
eligibility assessments
and pre-screening to ensure successful admissions.
Assist students in understanding
college policies, payment timelines, and academic expectations
.
Collaboration & Coordination
Coordinate with
internal operations, admissions, and finance teams
for application processing.
Collaborate with
partner colleges
for seat confirmations, LOA processing, and commission claims.
Maintain continuous communication with the
marketing team
to share feedback on lead quality.
Report weekly and monthly sales performance, conversion ratios, and pipeline metrics.
Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track and report performance metrics -- leads handled, conversions achieved, revenue generated.
Develop
strategies to improve conversions
, including follow-up templates, call scripts, and consultation techniques.
Stay updated on the latest
college promotions, intakes, and scholarship offers
.
Relationship Building & Brand Representation
Build long-term relationships with students, agents, and referral partners.
Represent Pioneer World Education Group in
virtual events, webinars, or educational fairs
.
Uphold the company's reputation for
honesty, transparency, and student success
.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application statuses in CRM.
Generate and share daily/weekly reports on progress and challenges.
Ensure
data confidentiality and compliance
with student protection regulations.
Desired Skills & Attributes
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent English fluency.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Prior experience in
education, immigration, or student recruitment sales
is a major advantage.
Proficient with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and video conferencing tools.
Goal-oriented, persuasive, and passionate about helping students succeed.

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
