Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs Determine merchandise and services to be sold Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies Assess business opportunities and develop strategies Determine staffing requirements Manage staff and assign duties Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales Develop and implement marketing strategies Ensure compliance with government regulations Develop and implement marketing and advertising and sales strategies

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience: min. 3 years
