Your job



Provide in-depth product training for account managers, with a particular focus on merchant card payroll and payment solutions. Produce reports on referrals and sales in order to generate statistics to be transmitted to each manager of the Business Flex team. Support our account managers so they can effectively promote our offerings and stay informed about our campaigns. Identify reference files with missing or incomplete information. Organize and facilitate training sessions, in groups or individually, including presentations on the payroll service, the different modules, accounting aspects, as well as our merchant card payment solutions. Participate in Flex Affaires' monthly caucuses and present initiatives and results achieved. Ensure that our CRM is regularly updated (VP/DC/DT, transit). Find solutions or implement new processes to optimize work.

you are part of a team of 3 colleagues in the commercial Banking sector and report to the Associate Vice-President. Our team stands out for working closely with the various commercial Banking sales forces to offer payroll and payment solutions to our commercial Banking clients to improve the day-to-day management of their operations.



We favour a variety of forms of continuous learning to enhance your development, including on-the-job learning, training content and working with colleagues with diverse backgrounds and expertise. The Associate Vice-President and Senior Analyst for the team will implement a program to ensure the training is successful.



Our business partners will also offer detailed training on their products and services through individual re-training and demonstration of how their solutions work.



Prerequisites



Academic experience required Bachelor's degree Sales and business development experience of at least 3 years Mastery of the sales cycle Mastery of negotiation Proficiency in group presentation Proficiency in individual coaching
