ISAAC seeks a Sales Trainer to design and deliver educational programs for our sales teams. Sales Trainer responsibilities include conducting skill gap analyses, building and preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session. In this role, you will work closely with our sales operations team to identify challenges ISAAC Sales representatives face on the job and recommend ways to increase productivity. You will also build and optimize ISAAC’s onboarding plan for new sales hires and ensure continued learning within our organization. You will oversee the creation of new learning modules within a learning management system and monitor individual progression. Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our sales teams and accompany them in developing the skills needed to achieve their goals. Responsibilities

  • Develop training content, animate courses, create videos and tests for the existing sales team and onboarding members
  • Prepare an onboarding plan for new sales representatives
  • Collect feedback from trainees about training courses
  • Report on impact of training programs (e.g., sales achieved, training completed)
  • Liaise with our internal Training team to build content and materials
  • Produce print and digital educational material (e.g., videos, documentation, training) within the ISAAC Learning Management Software (LMS)
  • Create processes and content for the Sales Team using Salesforce such as: - quote processes, discounts, logging activities for calls, campaigns, accounts, contacts, sales cadences and work queues, dashboards and reports
  • Develop content for the Sales team to support the sales process such as: - Unique Value Proposition, client pain points, solution differentiators, power statements, competition battle cards, objection handlings, cold call scripts, buying cycle negotiations
  • Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
  • Be the resource person for all questions about sales tools, and sales processes for the Sales team.


Qualifications
  • Experience in a B2B solution environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRMs (preferably Salesforce)
  • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
  • Solid communication and presentation abilities in English
  • Ability to design effective training programs
  • Outstanding coaching skills
  • Great organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to measure performance
  • Previous experience in conducting training for new and existing associates and in developing individualized training plans for underperforming salespeople.
Assets
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with Learning Management Software
  • Hands-on experience with e-learning platform
  • Comfortable in French.
