ISAAC seeks a Sales Trainer to design and deliver educational programs for our sales teams.
Sales Trainer responsibilities include conducting skill gap analyses, building and preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session. In this role, you will work closely with our sales operations team to identify challenges ISAAC Sales representatives face on the job and recommend ways to increase productivity. You will also build and optimize ISAAC’s onboarding plan for new sales hires and ensure continued learning within our organization. You will oversee the creation of new learning modules within a learning management system and monitor individual progression.
Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our sales teams and accompany them in developing the skills needed to achieve their goals.
