Experience - some computer skills like excel and PowerPoint, but with the right attitude we can teach the rest. Showing up with passion and delivering a concise message to 300 customers is more important Ability to follow the game plan - we need people who will wholeheartedly execute the aligned upon strategy first, and bring their own flare to supplement our winning strategy. there are guardrails, but the position is flexible too Ability to roll with the punches - adaptability and improvisation are key to being an effective sales person Communications skills - this is a MUST have. The candidates need to be engaging, and leave every interaction making the person feel motivated to buy or buy more of our products, because they just felt great after speaking with us. Low energy individuals need not apply. Adaptability - Being able to adjust the customer is essential. The default should be high energy, but if the counterpart is not that type of person, you need to read the room, quickly and adapt. Transportation - You need your own ride. We reimburse for KMs at $0.55/km for work kms. Territory size - 180-220 retail stores plus about 100 bars and restaurants in each territory Geography - each of our territories cover 1/3 of the Calgary area, plus a rural run going to the BC, SK, or Montana boarders. So, the desire to meet real people out in the country on a regular basis and share our awesome beers is a privalege we embrace! To grow, our brands must grow in all corners of Wild Rose Country. Brand priorities - Jasper Crisp Pils, Last Best IPA, Tokyo Drift and our two Mixer Packs provincially. Plus regional focus on each of our local portfolios.
