Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development:
Manage and lead a
sales team of 4-5
, providing
training, coaching
, and continuous feedback to ensure growth and skill enhancement.
Process Streamlining & Improvement:
Analyze and improve current sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across the sales cycle.
KPI Management & Monitoring:
Oversee the sales team's performance to ensure they consistently meet or exceed
KPIs
. Take action to drive improvements through regular performance reviews.
Training & Coaching:
Develop and update
sales training manuals
, equipping the team with the knowledge and resources needed for success. Provide regular one-on-one coaching to help team members achieve their targets.
Networking & Industry Engagement:
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand business development channels.
Sales Strategy Implementation:
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategies focused on lead generation, customer retention, and upselling.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work cross-functionally with
marketing, customer service

operations
teams to ensure seamless project execution and superior client satisfaction.
Sales Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, progress towards KPIs, and other key metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
Recruitment & Team Expansion:
Assist in hiring new team members, supporting their onboarding, and ensuring they are set up for success.
