is seeking a dynamic and experienced

Kiosk Sales Team Manager

to lead our Oshawa Centre Team and drive success within our retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage multiple facets of store operations effectively.

$25/hour plus commission bonuses.

This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering a positive work culture.

Duties

Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Manage and train staff, fostering an environment of teamwork and collaboration. Supervise retail sales activities, ensuring that sales goals are met or exceeded. Hit personal sales targets Lead by example and motivate other sales associates Maintain accurate payroll records and manage cash handling procedures. Execute merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales. Utilize POS systems for efficient transaction processing and inventory management. Implement effective marketing strategies to promote store offerings and increase foot traffic. Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback for employee development. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient in budgeting, payroll management, and bookkeeping practices. Familiarity with merchandising techniques and retail sales strategies. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Experience with cash handling procedures and POS systems. Knowledge of customer service best practices and conflict resolution techniques. Ability to perform basic math calculations related to pricing and inventory management.
