close hard, push volume, and elevate a sales team to the next level

What You'll Do
Lead, train, and drive a high-volume sales team
Jump in on deals, overcome objections, and help close
Push daily/weekly performance targets and hold team accountable
Manage CRM, follow-ups, and ensure strong pipeline activity
Work directly with Finance to structure fast approvals
What You Need
Proven track record in automotive sales
Leadership ability and strong closing skills
Competitive mindset and results-driven attitude
Ability to push team performance and maintain momentum
Valid BC driver's licence
