Sales Team Lead For Anytime Fitness

Job Summary

The Sales Team Lead is a passionate and driven individual who inspires others to help members and guests improve their lives through health and fitness. This role supports multiple club locations, driving a high-performance sales culture, mentoring staff, and ensuring an exceptional member experience across all teams.

Sales Leadership & Training

Coach and develop club staff to improve sales skills, confidence, and consistency in lead conversion and member engagement. Model effective sales techniques through active participation in outreach, follow-ups, and in-person interactions. Conduct regular sales training sessions, role-playing exercises, and one-on-one coaching to elevate team performance. Track and analyze sales metrics across clubs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Culture & Team Development

Promote a strong, positive sales culture that aligns with the Anytime Fitness brand and values. Collaborate with club managers to set and achieve membership and training sales goals. Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning among staff members.

Brand & Community Engagement

Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and community partners to drive brand awareness and generate leads. Support and execute local and national marketing initiatives, community events, and engagement campaigns. Represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism across all locations.

Operations & Member Experience

Ensure that member interactions are consistently positive and aligned with Anytime Fitness standards. Assist in managing lead systems, social media posting, and front-end club operations when needed. Support the creation of an environment that inspires members to share their positive experiences and stay engaged.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
