About the Role

We're looking for a

Full-Time Sales Team Lead

to help drive the success of our growing clinic. In this role, you will be instrumental in boosting revenue, guiding our sales team, and ensuring prospective clients become long-term loyal customers. You'll lead by example, mentor team members, and implement effective strategies to elevate overall performance. This role is perfect for someone with strong sales expertise, leadership abilities, and a passion for motivating others.

Responsibilities

Lead sales efforts to consistently surpass revenue targets Conduct consultations and effectively communicate the benefits of our treatments Convert leads through strong communication and relationship-building skills Track sales metrics and coach associates to optimize performance Follow up with clients to maintain interest and promote additional services Partner with management to develop and roll out sales-focused initiatives Oversee front desk functions, including scheduling, client records, and ensuring a positive guest experience

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of sales experience Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales goals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centered approach Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and motivate a team

$24-$29/hour
