About the role

SimplInsur is a growing entrepreneurial brand and is continuing to develop. The company is looking for a Telemarketer agent for its insurance firm whose main responsibilities will be to support the team of insurance brokers by answering calls and contacting clients by text and phone.

The duties

Use our Omni channel marketing (Call, Text, Email) to get prospective clients interested in getting a home insurance quote with our sales team; Schedule quote call appointment for the sales team; Manage inbound sales and email inbox; Manage opt in leads and prioritize contact; Transfer customer calls to the sales team once they have agreed to a quote; All other administrative tasks.

The must haves

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service position; Complete High school diploma; Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel; Achieve call transfer targets monthly; Sense of organization and prioritization; Teamwork oriented; Provide excellent customer service; Ease of learning different computer systems; Knowledge of the insurance industry.
