Position Summary

Colonial Countertops, a leading provider of high-quality countertop solutions, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout their countertop selection and purchasing process, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers to the showroom, providing a warm and inviting sales experience
• Engage with customers to understand their project requirements, design preferences, and budgetary needs
• Showcase and explain the features and benefits of our diverse countertop materials, including quartz, granite, and other surfaces
• Collaborate with customers to select the perfect countertop solution that meets their aesthetic and functional requirements
• Provide accurate pricing information, lead time estimates, and product availability details
• Assist customers with scheduling in-home measurements and coordinating installation appointments
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product catalog, pricing, and promotional offerings
• Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing to customers
• Support the sales team by performing administrative tasks, such as order processing and customer follow-ups
• Provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner
• Contribute to team effort and complete other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales or retail role, preferably in the home improvement or design industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer needs
• Proficiency in using sales software and computer applications
• Passion for home design, decor, and customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
