Sales Support

who can contribute to the following activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:



Primary Duties:



Preparing product quotations as per requirement and taking approval. Analyzing the requirements of all purchase orders received from customers and making a list of materials including packaging to place purchase orders. Preparing tracking sheet for all the POs to get an updated sales team for all PO's. Co-ordination with other team members (QC-Doc, Purchase, inventory, regulatory) to ensure timely moving work order towards production. Co-ordination with production team members for update on production status. Invoicing of all dispatches for accounting (if it is required).

Secondary Duties:



Manage email communication with logistics agents, clients, and PH employees. File customs documents and prepare invoices, packing slips, and certificates of origin. Ensure export documents are up to date and proofread. Coordinate sample preparation, product dispatch, and document submission for Letter of Credit shipments. Maintain sales ledger, monitor client payments, and track pending dispatches. Generate delivery notes and close work orders in SAP. Provide quotations, process purchase orders, and respond to customer inquiries. Coordinate production, packaging, and shipment details. Prepare weekly production reports and update customers on order status. Additional tasks may be assigned from time to time as required by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in sales support or customer service. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP is preferred. Knowledge of logistics, export documentation, and customer service best practices. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
