Quoting, Order and Contract Management of capital equipment, consumables, and services, using our SFDC and Sage X3 systems.
Managing intercompany orders in Oracle and Sage, including
Opportunity and funnel management in SFDC
Forecasting customer product sales
Working closely with our customers to support the sale of customized products
Responsible for maintaining the CRM (Customer Relationship Management system) by documenting customer communications and activity
Provide excellent customer service by following through with prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
Support the Customer Onboarding Initiative
Collaborate across departments (Customer Service, Planning, Manufacturing, Shipping and Finance) to communicate and meet customer requests in a timely fashion
Propose and facilitate internal process improvements
Who you are
Extensive Inside Sales and/or Order Management experience within a high-tech manufacturing company - 5-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
Experience with the commercial sale of capital equipment and associated products is highly desirable
Excellent Customer Service, Interpersonal and Organizational skills
Proven track record to successfully support and manage customers
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Relevant experience with CRM and ERP systems is required
Science and/or pharmaceutical background is desirable but not essential
Ability to handle multiple projects in an efficient and timely manner.
Highly motivated and capable of working effectively both individually and as part of team
A business degree or diploma is desirable
