Job Overview

The Sales Support role bridges inside and outside sales functions to ensure seamless communication, brand visibility, and strong execution across all retail and distributor partners. This position plays a key role in supporting the food brokerage team's daily operations and sales growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Inside Sales Support:

Prepare and submit product listings, promotional forms, and pricing for retailer and distributor programs. Maintain accurate product data, pricing updates, and promotional tracking across multiple accounts. Coordinate samples, POS materials, and demo requests to ensure timely delivery. Provide administrative and logistical support for trade promotions, marketing programs, and planogram submissions. Create and update sell sheets, presentations, and sales materials. Monitor sales reports, and promotional results, and assist in preparing performance summaries.

Outside Sales Support:

Assist field representatives with store visits and merchandising activities. Communicate with store managers and category teams to confirm placements and ensure brand visibility. Support the coordination of in-store promotions, product launches, and event activations. Collect and report on competitive activity, in-store feedback, and sales opportunities. Build strong relationships with retailer staff and help represent brand partners in the field.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Knowledge of grocery retail operations and food brokerage processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Canvas and CRM/submission platforms. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and access to a car are required

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
