Job Description

Position Objectives: To provide the highest level of quality service to our customers by processing quotations (including take-offs), orders and inquiries in a courteous, professional and timely manner.

Roles and Responsibilities: The responsibilities of the Inside/Outside Sales Support role for Atlantic Windows include but are not limited to:

Maintain a first line of contact to customers and handle all inquiries and questions in a courteous, professional, and timely manner Answer customer calls and inquiries pertaining to quoting, pricing and ordering product Accurate entry and or confirming of customer orders and quotes into the computer system Assisting the Director of Sales & Marketing with take-offs and quotes Aid customers inquiring about products, warranties, after sales service by directing them appropriately Any other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager
Skills and Requirements:

? Outstanding communication skills

? Exceptional Organizational skills

? Excellent Computer skills required (minimum of Word and Excel)

? Window and door product knowledge is an asset

? Ability to read blueprints and do take-offs for quoting an asset

? CET certification an asset
