Summary
We are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Oakville. This role is crucial in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring seamless communication between our dealers and clients, contributing significantly to our mission of enhancing consumer financing solutions.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating sales activities and processes.
Provide support to the sales team with administrative tasks.
Facilitate communication between dealers and clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare reports and presentations for the sales team.
Help manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is an asset.
