Position
- Sales Support Assistant, Location - Brampton.
Outbound Calling:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about
products, services, or promotions.
Lead Generation:
Identify prospects, gather customer information, and convert leads into sales.
Customer Engagement:
Answer queries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information.
Follow-ups:
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Record Keeping:
Document customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress in CRM systems.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
Ledger Clearance:
Assist in verifying, updating, and reconciling customer accounts to ensure timely payments and accurate financial records.
Marketing & Sampling Events:
Attend and support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product sampling events to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
Payment Follow-ups:
Contact clients to remind them of pending payments, ensure timely collections, and update records accordingly.
Sales Data Analysis & Mapping:
Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, customer preferences, and geographic market opportunities; prepare reports and mapping insights to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Minimum 2 - 3 years of tele calling or sales experience
Prior experience in customer service, or related fields, will be an added advantage.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
Proven ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
Bachelor's degree required.
Valid work authorization.
Valid Driver license.
