Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of assigned sales and parts staff.
Assign sales orders and delegate duties to ensure efficient workflow.
Authorize payments, returns, and parts/core exchanges.
Manage and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and supply shortages.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and order merchandise weekly or as needed.
Ensure store standards are upheld, including displays, signage, and cleanliness.
Support day-to-day operations and perform staff duties when required.
Provide exceptional service by managing client requests and supplying parts promptly.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales supervision or a parts/retail leadership role preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
Knowledge of heavy equipment parts is an asset but not required.
