We are seeking a skilled and proactive Sales Supervisor to lead our sales business in Toronto This individual will play a key role in expanding our business in Toronto Area.
Duties
Grow Retail Distribution - Bring Thabico products into new Toronto stores and manage relationships with distributors.
Drive Sales & Strategy- Hit revenue goals by planning promotions and tracking market trends.
Lead Sales Team - Train and motivate reps to improve performance and product knowledge.
Manage Key Accounts - Work with major retailers to secure orders and address customer needs.
Track & Report Results - Monitor sales data and ensure compliance with Canadian regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
3 years or above sales work experience, preferably in Food/Beverage business
Work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
