Thabico North America is dedicated to introducing high-quality Vietnamese food products to the North American market. Our flagship product-premium coconut water-has already gained traction and is available in various retail outlets across Canada. We are committed to maintaining excellence in quality, taste, and customer satisfaction as we expand our product lines and market reach. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Sales Supervisor to lead our sales business in Toronto This individual will play a key role in expanding our business in Toronto Area.

Duties



Grow Retail Distribution - Bring Thabico products into new Toronto stores and manage relationships with distributors. Drive Sales & Strategy- Hit revenue goals by planning promotions and tracking market trends. Lead Sales Team - Train and motivate reps to improve performance and product knowledge. Manage Key Accounts - Work with major retailers to secure orders and address customer needs. Track & Report Results - Monitor sales data and ensure compliance with Canadian regulations.

Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree

3 years or above sales work experience, preferably in Food/Beverage business

Work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
